While working with William & Associates Architects, our founding member had the privilege of 3D modeling this project with AutoCAD Architecture. He produced all of the 2D and 3D architectural plans.

Educational
Our Founding member had the privilege of creating the Revit 3D modeling, Coordination, 2D fabrication shops. For the metal stud framing and drywall.
While employed with KHSNS contractors our founding member created 703 Revit models of 60 variations of restrooms throughout the Medical Center. Once coordinated with all other trades he produced the fabrication shop drawings and overseen the off-site fabrication of the restrooms. These restrooms were finished out with all electrical, mechanical, and plumbing fixtures and interior finishes then delivered to the job site and slid into the building, and installed in place.

Theming
While employed with KHSNS contractors. Our Founding member created the 3D Revit modeling and 2D fabrication shops for the exterior metal stud and Eifs system. Due to the accuracy of the 3D Modeling KHSNS was able to refabricate all the exterior panels in Plano, Texas then ship them and erect them on the exterior of the building using spider cranes with zero errors.

MEP Coordination
We utilize BimTrack, Autodesk's BIM 360 Glue, and Navisworks Manage to assist in clash detection and spatial relations between the MEPFS trades.
Revit Modeling
US BIM creates accurate high-quality AEC models for one or all of the MEPFS trades.
Shop Drawings
We create buildable 2D PDF shop drawings and fabrication drawings with Revit Fabrication for the MEPFS trade contractors
Point Layout
all of our shop drawings have total station points embedded in our Revit software. We are able to issue deck penetration drawings and export the points to the sleeves directly into your data collector anywhere in the world.
Renderings and Animations
We create photorealistic and artistic still illustrations and animated video renderings
Drone
We create interior and exterior point cloud scans of existing structures as well as high dynamic range Arial and still photography

ABOUT
Classified under drafting services, US BIM is a full-service 3D modeling and clash coordination firm. We generate accurate 3D parametric models based on 2D construction documents. Although we are skilled with all CAD-based software, we prefer to model 100% in Autodesk Revit.
Our #1 goal is to provide the MEP trades with 100% accurate, high-quality 3D clash-free models, Fabrication shop drawings, and Spool drawings. We work with all Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, and Fire Sprinkler trades. We prefer to model all trades at one time but can and will model just what is requested of us.
In Addition to the MEP trades, we also have over 20 years of experience in Architectural and Structural Modeling and Drafting.
